3.	Please key in your cashcard numbers if you are applying for Milcom Changi North or Oriental Plaza
4.	Application is subject to approval
5.	Unsucessful application will be placed under waiting list
6.	Please ensure that you have keyed in the correct IU and cashcard numbers.
