Position      : Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Service Officers
Department : Operations

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


·                     Work in a car park environment supporting operations.

·                     Be responsible for the day-to-day car park operations and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues

·                     Ensure all car park equipment and payment systems are working well and promptly follow-up to ensure that all malfunctions are rectified

·                     Maintain all operations standards in relation to cleanliness, customer service and performance as set by the company

·                     Patrol the car park to check and follow-up to proactively ensure all areas are safe and clean at all times

·                     Deliver service quality to customers at all times


Requirements:


·                     At least Secondary /GCE ‘N’ or ITE & above.

·                     Possess good communication, problem-solving skills and able to work independently.

·                     Must be computer literate.

·                     Must be able to perform shift duties, rotating Sundays & Public Holidays.

·                     Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Singapore PR.


Training will be provided.
