Position : Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Service Officers

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work in a car park environment supporting operations.
· Be responsible for the day-to-day car park operations and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues
· Ensure all car park equipment and payment systems are working well and promptly follow-up to ensure that all malfunctions are rectified
· Maintain all operations standards in relation to cleanliness, customer service and performance as set by the company
· Patrol the car park to check and follow-up to proactively ensure all areas are safe and clean at all times
· Deliver service quality to customers at all times
